Porsche 911 (996) Transmission 6 Speed Rebuilt, G96.01 fitment years 2002-2004. These G96.01 transmissions were improved from the earlier G96.00 gearboxes with a longer mainshaft, Improved differential with bolt on flanges, and some updates to the gears themselves.
This particular unit has a new 2nd gear assy, new 1st/2nd operation sleeve, Updated shift linkage for 2nd gear improved shifting, and pinion bearing replaced with oiling modification.
