This offer/listing is for One (1) Only, Very Nice ORIGINAL W120, W121, 190SL, W180 and/or W198 Used, Nice Used and Working Great when Removed, Take-Out Mercedes Benz Column-shift Manual Transmission, Quality Made Original in Western-Germany by Mercedes-Benz. This item came out of a good running at the time but Rusty 1959 190b gas Ponton W120 Sedan, but will serve to fit all 190SL 2-Door Sports car if the top shifter plate/Fork Assembly is Changed. I believe, but I am not positive that this manual transmission may also fit some of the 300, 300S, 300Sc, 300SL Super Cars and various other Ponton models such as W105, W120, W128, W180 and possibly other Mid-1950's thru mid-1960's cars. This was one of many Ponton Model Vehicles that an old friend of our family parted out back in the early 1980's and has been in covered storage/stored inside ever since(he has since pasted away, so I can't ask him now all the mysterious questions and pertinent info about these great old parts. The Tag marked on it claimed that it was in good functioning, re-usable condition at the time of it's removal and as you can see it was "Cut-Out" of a car that must have been reduced to scrape by the Popular Ponton "Tin-Worm" I popped the shifter cover plate/assembly (4-bolts) and see No Damage and All Crisp Gears and Syncros. I also drained the gear oil and got no broken pieces or chips or alarming evidence of prior damage(the Gear Oil was Honey colored, clear and fairly clean. Offered as is, This Part is in very nice condition for being USED, and I can simulate all four forward gears, but it is NOT BRAND new or in mint condition. The Item Pictured in all 12 photos are the exact Item That you Will Receive and you can observe the photos of us removing it from the engine just recently!!! There is to be expected to be some dirt, dust, light scuffs/scratches, out from after over 25 years of dry dealership storage.
