Aston Martin DB4 Tremec 5-speed gearbox conversion kit (David Brown 4-speed to Tremec 5-speed)
The complete 5-speed gearbox transmission conversion kit contains all the components, fixings and instructions.
Kit includes:
Drive shaft, Speedo cable, Mounting hardware, Tremec transmission (modified by Steel Wings), Bell housing (manufactured by Steel Wings), 9.5" Steel Wings clutch plate, Rear steel transmission mount (manufactured by Steel Wings). Hydraulic release bearing, original style gear lever and knob.
Fitting time approx. 30 hours.
Note:
Please make a notation when ordering the Model and chassis number of the vehicle.
Early DB4: Minor modifications to chassis mounts, transmission tunnel and transmision tunnel carpet required.
Late DB4: Major modifications to chassis mounts,  no transmission tunnel modifications required. Modifcations to transmision tunnel carpet required.
