Up for sale is USED low mileage 5-speed Manual Transmission for 1993-1996 VW Eurovan. This particular transmission is with taller 3rd, 4th and 5th gears (if compare to a factory stock geared transmission) so with this transmission you will be driving with lower engine rpm's on 3rd, 4th and 5th gears. Will be less engine noises and better fuel mileage. This transmission is very unique here, do not think that someone else has somilar transmission for sale here in USA.
Here is gear ratios on this transmission:
1st - 3.778
2nd - 2.118
3rd - 1.360
4th - 0.971
5th - 0.756
Will fit and bolt-on without any modifications or customizing on 1993-1996 CL, GL, MV, Westfalia Weekender, Eurovan full Camper and WIinnebago Rialta motorhome with 2.5L 5-cyl engine and 2.4 diesel engines. You will use same clutch, same axles, same gearshifter and others parts. Will include bottom/rear transmission mount, so you do not have to buy it.
If you are converting your Eurovan to diesel, this is better transmission to start with as it will be with lower gear ratios if compare to "regular" 93-95 transmission gear ratios.
Also if you are custom building some cool project, this transmission will bolt-on on many 4-cyl Volkswagen engines including diesel, turbodiesel and TDI engines. Ask for details.
With this transmission I will include original bottom/rear transmission mount as said above.
Have a variety of these transmissions with a slightly different gear ratios. Can custom build with different gears. Lets talk about your needs.
