This is a factory original FoMoCo / Sheffield
1965-70 Ford 4 Speed Aluminum Bellhousing
with Block Plate
It is in very good restored condition. Both the bellhousing and the block plate were
media
blasted, checked for any damage, cleaned and painted with a super strong ceramic
engine paint. There was some pitting on the bracket that holds the fork on, (see picture).
The block plate had some pitting so it was treated with a rust remover and rust preventative.
It was then painted with a primer and then the ceramic engine paint. This original
plate is very hard to find so that is why I wanted to preserve it.
This is correct for several different Ford cars, see the last picture for details.
